Our family suffered a recent sudden loss of a family member. We were faced with immense grief yet had to plan a funeral for our loved one while in shock and despair. We visited Green Funeral Home to discuss plans with Jeremy. He was kind, caring, helpful, and guided us through every aspect of planning for such an unexpected loss. Each step was handled carefully and compassionately by Jeremy and the staff.
The funeral service was yesterday and because of such detailed planning and careful arrangements, it was a very personal and beautiful tribute to our family member. Every plan was perfectly executed, beautifully prepared, and every detail was handled for us. From the order of service, music, adapting to our changes along the way, and the personal guidance we received, it took a great deal of burden off of our family. The careful direction of the visitation and service being handled so smoothly and efficiently made our experience all it could be under the circumstances of such great loss. Every small and large detail was carefully considered and initiated perfectly by Jeremy and his staff. Even touches that we didn't expect of flower petals at the gravesite were unexpected and meaningful. We received a lot of tender loving care for our guests and family with water, snacks, and caring comfort, which truly made the day easier for us. Jeremy and the staff provided everything we needed to get through such a difficult day. The kindness we were shown was genuine and caring.
We have had several other funerals for close family members over the past years and this was truly our best experience. We will travel any distance to use Green Funeral Home if the need should arise in our family's future.
