Dennis Grant Bissonnette, Jr.

Dennis Grant Bissonnette, Jr., age 53, passed away Friday, February 21, 2020. Born in February of 1967 to Dennis Grant Bissonnette Sr. and Carolyn Roy, in Vassar, Michigan. Dennis called Ferris, Texas his home for over 20 years.  He was a hard worker, successful business owner, and a generous man who took great joy in helping others.  Dennis enjoyed hunting and fishing with his friends, whom he considered family.  He loved his guns and bows, and will be remembered for his excellent marksmanship.  Dennis was also a barbecue master, and found joy smoking briskets, ribs and turkeys for any celebration. Dennis had the unique ability to make others feel good when they were around him. He never met a stranger, and everyone was like family to him. Dennis was genuine, honest, and asked for little. He was easy to please, with cold Coors Lite or a shot of Fireball.  Dennis was passionate about the Dallas Cowboys, hunting and grilling, but even more so he had a deep love for his family, and the love of his life, Trish. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.  

He is survived by partner, Trish Garrison; loving parents, Dennis Bissonnette and Carolyn Roy; siblings: Heath Bissonnette and wife Claran, Caprice Bissonnette, Teresa Lyden and husband Cliff; nieces and nephews: Elizabeth, Nichole, Brandi, Caleb, Paul; great nieces and nephews: Noah, Hassan, Isabella; as well as numerous other extended family and friends.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday February 29th at 3pm at the Connells' residence. 1095 S. Main Street. Ferris Tx.
