Baltizar Lopez Villela

Baltizar Lopez Villela, age 46 of Dallas, Texas passed away February 17, 2021. He was born in San Luis Potosí, Mexico to Jose and Roberta (Villela) Lopez. Baltizar came to the states in the 1990’s, making his way to Dallas and spending some time in Kansas City, working in construction. He loved music; writing, recording and performing his own songs. He loved to cook and his seafood meals will be missed. He enjoyed being with his friends, being social and a huge fan of boxing, soccer and always cheering on his favorite baseball team the Saint Louis Cardinals. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his spouse of seven years Lizbeth Nino of Ennis; children: Solema Lopez of Ferris, Armando Lopez of Dallas, Jonathan Garcia of Colorado, Karla Lopez of Dallas and Jasmine Lopez of Dallas; siblings: Leon Lopez, Ilaria Lopez, Felipe Lopez, Rogelio Lopez, Olga Lopez, Sarah Lopez, Antonio Lopez and Maria Lopez; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM with Rosary at 7:00 PM Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Green Funeral Home. MASK REQUIRED.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Corpus Christi Catholic Parish, Ferris, Texas. Deacon Jose Muniz, Celebrant. MASK REQUIRED.

Burial to follow in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
