Yolanda M. Patino, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2024, at the age of 66. Born on October 26, 1957, to Lorenzo Miranda and Juana Guadalupe Lozano-Rodriguez, Yolanda’s life was a testament to love, joy, and devotion to her family and to the Lord, Jesus Christ.
Yolanda spent 44 beautiful years married to her cherished husband, José DeJesús Patino. Together, they created a loving home filled with laughter, warmth, and countless memories. As a devoted grandmother, she treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren, sharing her favorite Disney movies, especially The Jungle Book and Mary Poppins. Her playful spirit and nurturing heart made her a beloved figure in their lives.
An enthusiastic shopper, Yolanda found joy in simple pleasures—whether it was a trip to HEB or Lowe's, or breakfast at Joe's Restaurant. She was known for her love of Chick-fil-A nuggets and salads, and she never missed an opportunity to celebrate her family’s birthdays with enthusiasm and creativity. Her spontaneous carne asada cookouts brought family and friends together, reflecting her generous spirit.
Yolanda was passionate about life and living in the moment. She loved traveling to the beach and Mexico, embracing new experiences with an open heart. Christmas was a particularly special time for her, often marked by early decorations in October, as she delighted in spreading holiday cheer.
Her infectious happiness, unwavering love, and caring nature left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
