Victoria Lynn Payne

Victoria Lynn Payne, age 60 of Red Oak, Texas passed away February 4, 2026. She was born September 9, 1965 in Dallas, Texas to Arvin and Patricia Ellen Payne. She loved life and brought joy to everyone and everything. She loved music, art, dancing, camping, climbing and traveling. She attended Kansas City University and was well educated both in school and through life. She will be truly missed by all the lives that she touched.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Jason Payne

She is survived by her longtime companion Stephen Vajo; brother Clifton Payne; sister-at-heart Lisa Michael; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, godchildren and dear friends.
