Shelly Simone Archer

Shelly Simone Archer, age 46, of Alba, Texas passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021. She was born May 19, 1974 in Irving, Texas to the late Billy Archer and Teressa Ruth (Blanton) Archer. In junior high, her family moved to the Hutchins, Texas area where she lived most of her life, growing up a God fearing woman of faith at First Baptist Hutchins, she dedicated her life to the Lord and is remembered for her gift of memorizing and quoting scripture. She always knew what verse people needed to hear. Shelly is remembered for being an unconditionally giving person and was always committed to everything and everyone she loved. She was thoughtful, non-judge mental and always stood up for what she believed in. Her greatest joy was being a dedicated mother and the best Gigi any grandchild could ask for. Shelly loved to listen to various styles of music, an avid movie watcher and a very lucky penny slot player. She is missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her dear parents: Billy Archer; Teressa and James Steward.

She is survived by her loving daughters: Jordan Huggins and husband Christopher Kling of Nacogdoches, Texas, Nicole Mitref of Alba, Texas and Harley and Eddie Vega of Waxahachie, Texas; adored granddaughter Annistyn Kling of Nacogdoches, Texas; father of her children Nichali Mitref of Garland, Texas; sister Lisa Archer of Corsicana, Texas; nephews: Trent Jistel of Palm Coast, Florida, Cameron Snyder of El Paso, Texas and niece Hayley Brazier of Corsicana, Texas; seven great-nieces and nephews; as we all as numerous other extended family members and friends. 

Funeral Service will be 12:00 PM Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Green Funeral Home. As requested by the family: MASK REQUIRED, temperatures taken at the door. Pastor Scott Chadwick of First Baptist Hutchins Officiating.
