Rigoberto Castillo Zavala, de 60 años, de Glenn Heights falleció el 7 de agosto de 2023. Rigoberto nacidó de Artemio y Josefina Castillo (Zavala) y era el mayor de seis hermanos. Se mudó a Texas en marzo de 1998 para brindar una mejor vida a su familia.
Rigoberto es amado por sus padres no solo como su hijo primogénito, sino como símbolo de amor, unidad e inicio de un nuevo camino de felicidad y amor hacia el otro.
Para sus hermanos es amado y recordado como una persona feliz, que amaba disfrutar la vida al máximo y era capaz de tener siempre una sonrisa en su rostro.
Para sus hijos seguirá siendo su padre. Y siempre recordarán lo divertido que era. Cómo le gustaba mantenerse siempre ocupado y ser un hombre trabajador. Siempre será el padre que extrañaran mucho y aman sin esperar nada a cambio.
Rigoberto era conocido por sus amigos como alguien que siempre estaba feliz, entusiasta y alguien a quien le encantaba ayudar y dar a los demás en su momento de necesidad.
Será recordado por sus seres queridos como alguien que disfrutó de la vida y alguien que supo disfrutarla al máximo. Como alguien que trabajaba con sus manos mientras hacía estéreos o cuidaba mascotas (gallos, loros). Será conocido como un hombre que hasta el último día fue amado por todos los que tuvieron el placer de ser parte de su vida. Será extrañado por todos los que lo conocieron y lo amaron. Y vivirá por siempre en nuestros corazones.
El es precedida en la muerte por su padre. Lo sobreviven sus hijos: Alet Saira y marido J Carmelo Flores de Lancaster, Texas, Laura y marido Jorge Pérez de Arlington, Texas, Alondra Castillo de Lancaster, Texas, Hellen y marido Andy García de Lancaster, Texas, Artemio Castillo de Lancaster, Texas; nietos: Itzalk, Jorge, Naolin, Atzin, Izel, Yali, Diego; mamá Josefina Zavala; hermanos Benjamín, Patricia, Lorena, Edgardo, Alfonso Castillo y su viuda María Elena Reyes, así como muchos otros familiares y amigos.

Rigoberto Castillo Zavala, age 60, of Glenn Heights passed away on August 7, 2023. Rigoberto was born to Artemio and Josefina Castillo (Zavala) and was the oldest of six siblings. He moved to Texas in March of 1998 to provide a better life for his family.
Rigoberto is loved by his parents not only as their first born child, but as a symbol of love, unity and start of a new journey of happiness and love towards one another.
To his siblings he is loved and remembered as a happy person, who loved to enjoy life to the fullest and was able to always have a smile on his face.
To his children he will continue to be their father. And they will always remember how funny he was. How he loved to always keep himself busy and be a hard working man. He will always be the father that they miss dearly and love without expecting anything in return.
Rigoberto was known by his friends as someone who was always happy, enthusiastic and someone who loved to help and give to others in their time of need.
He will be remembered by loved ones as someone who enjoyed life and someone who knew how to enjoy life to the fullest. As someone who working with his hands while it was making stereos or taking care of pets (roosters, parrots). He will be know as a man who until the last day he was loved by everyone who had the pleasure of being part of his life. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. And he will forever live in our hearts.
He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his children: Alet Saira Castillo and spouse J Carmelo Flores of Lancaster, Texas, Laura and spouse Jorge Perez of Arlington, Texas, Alondra Castillo of Lancaster, Texas, Hellen and spouse Andy Garcia of Lancaster, Texas, Artemio Castillo of Lancaster, Texas; grandchildren: Itzalk, Jorge, Naolin, Atzin, Izel, Yali, Diego; mom Josefina Zavala; siblings Benjamin, Patricia, Lorena, Edgardo, Alfonso Castillo and his widow Maria Elena Reyes as well as numerous other extended family members and friends.
