Marsha Ann Haynes was born on February 10, 1947 in Great Falls, Montana to Walter 'Toad' Wesley Woods, Sr. and Irene Maude Dubbs. She passed from this life on December 1, 2024 in Waxahachie, Texas.
She was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt and friend. Marsha was a spectacular woman and described as “perfection” by her little family. She enjoyed her nieces and nephews immensely.
Marsha excelled at her career at TXU, breaking through many barriers. Her family could not be more proud of her.
She adored fishing, the mountains of Montana, loving on her little family, rocking, and hunting for sapphires and petrified wood.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Walter and Irene; her sister-in-law, Betty Ann Woods; and her mother-in-law, Julia Mae Holmes Haynes.
Marsha is survived by her husband of 59 years, Kenneth Haynes; her beloved daughters: Brenda Sue Wiseman and husband Winston, Michelle Marie O'Donnell and husband Glenn, and Stacey Ann Haynes; her granddaughters: Danielle Marie Chandler, Bailey Ann Yow, Brooke Erin Herod-O'Donnell and husband Aaron, Amanda LeeAnn Yow, and Kabe Harris.
Visitation will be held at Green Funeral Home - Red Oak on Friday, December 6th, 2024 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
Funeral Service will be held at Green Funeral Home - Red Oak on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 at 11:00 AM.
