María fue una esposa, madre y amiga dedicada, que amó profundamente a su familia y siempre puso a sus seres queridos en primer lugar. Estuvo unida en matrimonio con Zenón Moya, con quien compartió una vida llena de amor, fe y compromiso. Estableció su hogar en Ferris, Texas, donde fue parte apreciada de su comunidad.

El velorio y la visita se llevarán a cabo en el hogar familiar el jueves 5 de marzo de 2026, en 121 Tanner Farm, Ferris, Texas 75125.

La Misa de Cuerpo Presente se celebrará el viernes 6 de marzo de 2026 en Corpus Christi Catholic Parish, ubicada en 111 North Wood Street, Ferris, Texas 75125.

Al concluir los servicios funerarios, María será repatriada a México, donde descansará en su querida tierra natal.

María será profundamente extrañada y recordada por siempre.

Maria Alejandra Godínez Cruz, 76, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026. She was born on March 9, 1949, in Guanajuato, Mexico, to Juan Godínez and María del Rosario Cruz Quintero.

Maria was a devoted wife, mother, and friend who cherished her family above all else. She was married to Zenón Moya, with whom she shared a life rooted in love, faith, and dedication. She made her home in Ferris, Texas, where she was a valued member of her community.

Maria’s warmth, strength, and unwavering faith will be remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing her. Her legacy of love and devotion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Visitation and viewing will be held at the family home on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 121 Tanner Farm, Ferris, Texas 75125.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 3pm at Corpus Christi Catholic Parish, 111 North Wood Street, Ferris, Texas 75125.

Following the funeral services, Maria will be repatriated to Mexico, where she will be laid to rest in her beloved homeland.
