Luis Rafael Munoz

Luis Rafael Munoz, born January 18, 1993 in Dallas Texas, passed away on January 20, 2023, two days after his 30th birthday surrounded by his family. Luis graduated Ferris high school with class of 2011. He began working at the age of 16 working at various companies. He had a love for computers and was proficient in Microsoft excel. Luis is well known for going above and beyond his job duties to help those who needed help when he worked at the Consulate of Mexico. He made friendships at each job he worked at. Known as 'El Goofy' for his humor. His infectious smile will always be remembered. He was the life of the party. Luis never liked for anyone to feel left out. He made everyone feel understood. Luis always put others first even when battling cancer. He always lent a helping hand. He loved working on cars, helping install car radio systems and detailing his cars. He knew all music genres and love talking to people about Music. Luis was very aesthetic with his clothing. He had a passion for raising chickens and sharing the eggs with family and friends. He had up to 200 chickens at one point. Luis enjoyed going to first Monday trade days in Canton, Texas as well as gun shows, car shows and he enjoyed fishing. He enjoyed watching the Cowboys game surrounded by family and friends. Luis's memories will forever live on in everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be greatly missed. 

Luis is preceded in death by his grandmother Paula Gamino and grandfather Eliseo Munoz as well as his aunt Alicia Chavez.

He is survived by his loving wife Rosa Isela Munoz, children; Melanie Munoz, Minnie Rose Munoz and Luis Eliseo Munoz, parents; father Luis Munoz and mother Minerva Juarez, siblings; brother Salvador Munoz, Sister Alicia Olvera and brother Raymond Munoz.
