Kyle Murray Kusturin

Kyle Murray Kusturin, age 51 of Wilmer, Texas passed away October 20, 2022. He was born in Dallas, Texas December 16, 1970 to the late Matt Steve and Nena Kay (Kellogg) Kusturin. Kyle worked various jobs in carpentry and heavy equipment operations. He loved his family and was especially dedicated to his mother. In February 1999 he met Renee Sandefur and in 2000 they welcomed to their son Chase Adam. He was over the moon excited to have a son. Kyle was dedicated and loved Renee’s children Andrew and Brendalyn Sandefur as his own. He loved to take them fishing, shooting, and taught Andrew how to ride a dirt bike. He is remembered as being one of the least serious humans, with a great sense of humor that was often strange and annoying, but he was always a clown. He hated sad movies that made him cry, but he had a smile that would always light up a room with the biggest heart anyone could ever have. He was a good brother and brother-in-law, always taking care of Steve and Tammy. He and his brother often worked together, Steve teaching him carpentry among other skills. Kyle loved animals: dogs, squirrels and rabbits and could often be found watching his favorite show Saturday Night Live. He attended church at Bethel Missionary Baptist church in Seagoville, Texas and was very close to the Lord. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Matt and Nena Kusturin.

He is survived by his son Chase Adam Kusturin; Renée Sandefur and children Andrew and Brendalyn Sandefur; sister Janice Kusturin; brother Steve and wife Tammy Kusturin; nephews: Brett and Magan Kusturin, Connor and wife Madison Kusturin and Hayden Kusturin; uncles: Joseph Kellogg and Dave and Fannie McWeave.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM Saturday, October 29, 2022 at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church 601 N. Kaufman St. Seagoville, Texas 75159.

Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, October 29, 2022 at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church 601 N. Kaufman St. Seagoville, Texas 75159.
