Joseph "Joe" Sanchez Obituary

Joseph "Joe" Angelo Sanchez, age 53 of Dallas, Texas, was born on August 16th, 1966 in Dallas, Texas and went to be with our Lord on July 10th, 2020.  Joe was the youngest child to Domingo and Clemencia Sanchez. Joe attended Skyline High School in Dallas and graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 1993. He was an HVAC repairman by trade and worked for Wilson Air before his disabilities with Diabetes forced him to retire.  He could fix anything.  Joe was a loving brother, uncle and friend.  He enjoyed attending concerts like the Texas Jam and getting together with his friends.  He loved rock music. Some of his favorite bands are Black Sabbath, Queen, Iron Maiden, The Cars, The Fixx to name a few.  Joe was a supporter of KNON radio station and loved KEGL-FM - “The Eagle” – listening and also participating as a character on the Cindy Skull Radio show as “Rolandro” back in the day.  He played Bass and Electric Guitar and loved joking around, laughing, cutting up with his family and friends. He was an avid sports fan – his teams were the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers.  He played football and baseball growing up.  Joe also enjoyed fishing and camping. Joe was a member of El Divino Salvador Presbyterian Church in Dallas since birth. We will miss Joe, his smile and his jokes.  Heavenly Father, we thank you for Joe’s life and know that one day we will be together.  We take great comfort knowing Joe is in Paradise.

Joe is preceded in death by his dad, Domingo Sanchez, Sr. and mom Clemencia Toscano Sanchez; also best friends, Kevin Cuff and Michael Martinez.

Joe is survived by his siblings: Christine Castillo and husband Monty.,  Elizabeth Gayton Sanchez and brother Domingo Sanchez, Jr. and wife Sylvia; numerous nieces and nephews: Stephanie Ortega, Candice Castillo, Anthony “Big Chono” Gayton, Catherine Davila, Donald Ray Young, Donavon Ray Young, DeLaina Marie Young; nine great nieces and nephews: Tyler Ortega, Scarlett Ortega, Isaac Xavier James, Jaxsen DeAngelo Gayton, Jasen DeAnthony Gayton, Elijah Mateo Davila, Sunny Ray Young, Hailey Marie Young and Eternity Reign Young.
