Jason Leemon Ramsey

Jason "Nano" Ramsey,  age 51,  passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023.  Jason was born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in Oak Cliff, Texas.  Jason was best known for being a skilled auto mechanic and he enjoyed any outdoor event that involved motor sports.  Jason loved spending time with family and friends and his nephews and nieces were his pride and joy.  He loved his Mexican food, a few Coronas, and always kept a can of Skoal dip close by. 

Jason is preceded in death by his parents, Charley and Bobbie Ramsey; and brother, William Grider.

He is survived by his sisters: Jacqulyn Ramsey and life partner George Samaniego, Lori and husband Paul Ferguson, and Penny Mitchell; brothers: Jeffery Ramsey, Burton Ramsey; nephews: Jarrod Ramsey and his life partner Erin McDaniel, Justin and wife Korra Ramsey (and their children Olivia, Aiden, Addie, and Asher), Rooney Bailey, and Jayden Bailey; nieces: Lesleigh Hodges, Charlee Ramsey, and Alexis Barclay: and daughter, Reba Ramsey. 

Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Green Funeral Home Red Oak, Texas.  Pastor Cory Mullins officiating.
