David Edward Moser, 69, of Red Oak, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025.
Born on September 5, 1956, at Fort Benjamin Harrison in Lawrence, Indiana, David was the son
of Walter and Judith Moser.
He lived a life marked by dedication, love, and service. Throughout his years, he touched the
lives of countless people with his generosity, humor, and willingness to help others. Above all,
he deeply loved his family and found immeasurable joy in spending time with his grandsons,
who brought light and laughter to his life.
David was deeply rooted in his faith in the Lord, which guided every aspect of his life. His
steadfast belief provided him strength in times of challenge and joy in times of blessing. He lived
out his faith daily through acts of compassion, integrity, and service to others, leaving behind a
legacy that reflects the love and grace of God.
He proudly dedicated his career to law enforcement, a calling he embraced with honor and
commitment. He truly loved what he did. He served and protected his community, mentoring
others, and worked alongside colleagues he deeply respected and cared for. His
professionalism, steady leadership, and servant’s heart left a lasting impact on those who had
the privilege of working with him.
David is survived by his wife, Pam Moser; his son Joshua Moser and his wife Jamie; his
grandchildren Brooks and Dusty; his siblings John Moser and wife Colleen, Patrick Moser and
wife Lanett, Kate Cuclis and husband Alex, Anthony Moser and wife Sharon; his sister-in-law
Jean Moser and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Moser and his parents, Walter and Judith Moser.
Those who knew him will remember him for his deep love of family, unwavering faith, and
lifelong dedication to serving others. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all
who were fortunate enough to share in his life.
