David Diaz

David Diaz, age 73 passed away September 25, 2023. He was born October 11, 1949. David was a man who loved his God, family, and his grandkids so much. David was a great provider taking on a woman with eight children and raising all of us without hesitation. Gloria was his helpmate, and he could not do without her. He adored Gloria and had many names for her (My Love, Chula, Pirre,)

He is preceded in death by son Alvino Molina Jr., parents Cristobal Diaz and Ramon De La Paz Diaz, brother Hilario Diaz and sister Adela Diaz Campos.

He is survived by wife Gloria Diaz; daughters: Lupe Woodard of Galveston, Texas, Pauline and husband Danny Henson of Red Oak, Texas and Jessica and husband Mark Garza of Ennis, Texas; sons: Johnny Joe Molina and partner Hope of Wilmer, Texas, Urbano Molina of Livingston, Texas, Albert Molina of Ferris, Texas and Rudy Molina of Galveston, Texas; 72 grandchildren and to many to name, those that were close to Grandpa you are known, it does not go unnoticed; many great-grandchildren; Siblings: Cristobal Diaz, Jr. and wife Esmeralda from Ennis, Texas, Ana Pena and husband Juan, Aurora and husband Armando Garcia of Ennis, Texas and Tasha Diaz of Ennis, Texas; and numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday, September 28, 2023 at Green Funeral Home Ferris, Texas.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Friday, September 29, 2023 at Green Funeral Home Ferris, Texas. Officiant: Chaplain Lupe Woodard, daughter of David Diaz.

Committal will follow at Ferris Memorial Park North Ferris, Texas.
