Corey Davis Obituary

Corey Aaron Davis, age 49 of Bristol, Texas passed away on September 26, 2025. He was born on December 24, 1975, in Waxahachie, Texas to Danny George Davis and Cynthia Luan Loosier. He graduated from Ferris High School with the Class of 1994, where he was involved in the weightlifting club, drama, and honors courses. Known for his sharp wit and comedic timing, Corey is remembered by classmates as the “class clown,” always ready with a joke or clever remark. After high school Corey began building a life centered around hard work and family. He started his career with Pioneer Chemical, working his way up from the ground level to become an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor. He later continued his professional journey with R&R before finding a second home at Sugar Ridge Winery, where he took on roles from delivery and maintenance to wine making and loved every minute of it. On February 19, 2022 he married the love of his life Natalie House and together they shared a deep and devoted love. Corey had a longtime passion for BMX bikes, which he maintained and repaired meticulously. Basketball, scary movies and Halloween were his favorites. Every October he did a haunted hayride with his brother through Bristol for the kids of the community, and even went “adult trick-or-treating” with his brother David. He also loved coastal adventures, especially trips to Galveston and other destinations with friends and family. Corey will be remembered for his hard work, adventurous spirit, and sense of humor. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend whose presence made life brighter for everyone lucky enough to know him.

He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; and cousin Brandon Davis.

He is survived by his wife Natalie House; daughter Tiffani and husband Sonny Gonzales; parents: Danny and Cynthia Davis; brother David and wife Karen Davis and family; his beloved canine companion Bubba the chiweenie; parents-in-law: Tim and Linda White; sisters-in-law: Samantha White and Makayla Perry White and nephew James Hill; as well as other extended family members and friends.
