Christopher Blake Dlabaj, age 27 of Tyler, Texas passed away on January 1, 2026. He was born on June 30, 1998 in Ennis, Texas to Lonnie E. Dlabaj and Karen M. Bowles. Christopher was a bright light to all who knew him; he was athletic, outgoing, and always ready with a laugh. As a young boy he loved playing baseball and remained active throughout his life. He had a true passion for motorcycles and found joy in the freedom of the open road. A gifted artist, Christopher loved to draw animals, scenes from nature, and especially personalized drawings of family members’ names. He enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, and collecting guns and knives. He was known to have a remarkable photographic memory and could recall details that others would easily forget. Christopher was a devoted Christian who knew the Bible well and lived his faith with sincerity. Music was another joy in his life, especially country music, which was always playing wherever he was. At home he adored his two dogs: Princess and Sarge who were his constant companions. He also loved to cook and was fearless in the kitchen, always experimenting with new recipes and flavors, eager to share his latest creation with others. Above all, Christopher will be remembered for his infectious laugh, his warm heart, and the way he made everyone feel like a friend. His adventurous spirit and loving nature will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother Joyce Dlabaj and great-grandmother Billie Bowles.
