Brandy L. Murphy

Brandy Leeann Murphy, age 32 of Red Oak, Texas passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026 at Medical City of Dallas. 

Brandy was born in McKinney, Texas on February 16, 1994. She worked at Exxon gas station for many years. She spent her time either working or caring for her three children. Brandy loved having family time and cherished time with her nieces and nephew and sister.

Her favorite quote is: “don't give up on the person you're becoming”. She will be remembered for her kindness, and unwavering integrity and love for her family. Her laughter and wisdom were gifts to everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by grandparents: Lois Shelton, Jerry Shelton, Jim Murphy; and brother Brandon Murphy.

Brandy is survived by her children: Nathan Ocampo, Aliana Martinez and Lalani Martinez; mother Paula Murphy; father James Murphy; stepfather Jose Pacheco; sister Ashley Palmer, husband Everett Palmer; nieces: Peyton and Everley Palmer; nephew Emmitt Palmer; grandma Linda Moncier; best friend Robert Martinez; and so many more aunts, uncles, cousins and loved ones.

Memorial Service will be 3:00 PM Monday, July 13, 2026 at Green Funeral Home -Red Oak, Texas.
