Obituary

Brandon Robert Allen Hubbell, age 29 of Red Oak, Texas passed away October 8, 2021. He was born December 10, 1991 in Hillsboro, Texas to Terry W. R. and Claire Marie (Daigle) Hubbell. A lifelong Red Oak resident, in his youth he was a Boy Scout and attended Red Oak high school, graduating in 2010. His classmates will always remember him zooming around the school, greeting everyone with a smile. Even when his wheelchair was outfitted with a microchip to slow him down in the halls. Brandon had a big heart and loved to help anyone he could in his own special way, despite the challenges of muscular dystrophy, he was a good listener to the problems of others, always generous with his advice; he truly had a heart of gold. He is remembered for being happy all the time and laughing often. He adored his cat Anya and dog Rex. Brandon also loved gaming online, watching his favorite anime movies and always looked forward to going to the movie theater on the weekends with his uncle. Quite the traveler, he loved being on trips with his family, visiting many destinations including his uncles wedding in Washington DC, a trip to Hershey, Pennsylvania, visiting his sister in Michigan, Graceland in Memphis and a very special trip to Disney through the Make-A-Wish foundation.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents and brother Terry George Klauss Hubbell.
He is survived by his dedicated parents Terry and Claire Hubbell of Red Oak; brother Jacob Roland Frank and wife Anna Hubbell of Lancaster, sister Elizabeth and husband Jeff King of Saginaw, Michigan; nieces and nephews: Arik King, Ashley King, Jacob Ryan Terry Hubbell, Justine Ernest, Cousins: Joshua Daigle, Kirsten Daigle, Erica Hubbell and Sarah Hubbell; Uncle Gary Patrick Hubbell of Red Oak, uncle Philip Roland Daigle of Connecticut, uncle Martin George Daigle of Connecticut, uncle David Anthony Daigle of Tucson, Arizona and uncle Michael Daigle of South Korea; great-aunt Betty Davis of Maine; as well as numerous other extended family members and close friends.
