Bobby Clayton Jessup, age 37, of Ferris, Texas passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020. He was born January 15, 1983 in Hurst, Texas to Tommy Lee and Aleeta Kay (Holley) Jessup. Bobby was a quiet and private individual, but he is lovingly remembered for his ability to make others laugh and tell a quick joke. He worked at What-A-Burger in Red Oak and enjoyed playing various video games, watching his favorite comedy or action movies and could build anything from a house to a battleship out of Legos. He loved animals and was a huge Science and History enthusiast. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father Tommy Lee Jessup and both grandfathers.
He is survived by his loving mother and stepfather Aleeta Kay and Warren E. Saathoff of Ferris; siblings: Aleeta Michelle Jessup of Springtown, Victoria Elizabeth Saathoff of Ferris, Nicolas E. Saathoff of Ferris, Keaton Holley of Lewisville, Phillip Jessup of Irving, William Jessup of Irving and Jennifer Jessup of Irving; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Village Baptist Church: 224 East Grauwyler Road, Irving, Texas 75061. Pastor Mark Jenkins, Officiating.
