Baby Jane Doe Obituary

With heavy hearts and tender remembrance, we honor the life of an infant girl known only as Baby Jane Doe, who was found abandoned in Ovilla, Texas. Though little is known about her beginnings; her name, her family, or the brief time she spent on this earth; what is certain is that her life had meaning, and she will never be forgotten.

Though she was not cradled in familiar arms, she was embraced by a community that now holds her story close. She reminds us all of the preciousness of life and the power of love that extends even to those we never had the chance to know.

Her short time here has touched many hearts, and her memory will live on as a symbol of hope, compassion, and the promise that no soul is ever truly alone.

~

“Cradled in Heaven”

She came in silence,

and left the world the same,

no time for songs or lullabies,

no chance to learn her name.

But Heaven heard her whisper,

and angels softly came;

they took her to the Father’s arms,

where love forever reigns.

No tears can reach her cradle now,

no shadows touch her sleep.

She rests where joy and mercy flow,

where even angels weep.

And though we never held her close,

our hearts will always know

a baby girl, now safe above,

cradled in Heaven’s glow.
