It is with great heartbreak that we share the passing of Alexyz Ian Villegas, age 28.
Alexyz was known for his fun, wild spirit and his lighthearted soul. He was always the funnest person in the room, the one who could make anyone laugh without even trying. He was easy to talk to, easy to be around, and someone people naturally gravitated toward. No matter the conversation, he always made sure to say “I love you” before hanging up and before leaving home, always with a big hug… a small habit that meant everything to those who knew him.
He was a good man with a kind, humble soul. Alexyz was the kind of person who would do anything for others without ever asking for recognition or taking credit. That’s just who he was.
He had so much life ahead of him. Alexyz was on his way to becoming a journeyman, working hard and very close to reaching that goal. He was engaged, building a stable life, and stepping confidently into his future.
Alexyz will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and coworkers. He was unforgettable, and he will always be unforgettable.
He is survived by his mother, Eunice; his fiancée, Taran; and his siblings, Celeste, Evany, Dalyza, Biyanni, and Noe, along with his stepfather, and many loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, nephews, and extended family.
