In loving memory of Layni Anne Kiertekles, born on September 10, 2007, who departed this world on March 19, 2024. Layni's life was a vibrant tapestry, woven with threads of passion, creativity, and boundless love.
Soccer was Layni's heartbeat, the field her canvas where she painted dreams with every kick of the ball. Beyond the pitch, she wielded brushes with the same fervor, capturing worlds on paper through her art, especially in the realm of anime. Her love for makeup was an extension of her artistic soul, each stroke a testament to her creativity.
But Layni was more than her passions; she was a beacon of light in the lives of those around her. Quirky, sweet, and endlessly funny, she had a knack for finding joy in every moment. Her love for people was evident in her favorite pastime of people-watching, where she found fascination and inspiration in the world around her.
Layni's compassionate spirit shone brightest in her empathy towards others. She was always there to lift up the underdog, offering kindness and support to those in need. Her closeness with her mother was a bond forged in love, while her sister shared in the playful banter and affection that defined their relationship.
Despite her inner struggles, Layni faced each day with courage and resilience. Her journey was marked by moments of triumph and challenges, yet through it all, she remained a pillar of strength and compassion.
As we bid farewell to Layni, may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration. In her laughter, her art, and her unwavering love for others, she will forever remain etched in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear Layni, your spirit will live on in the lives you touched.
